For those wanting a horror-slasher flick that provides mindless entertainment while making you wince, chances are Bone Lake has caught your attention. A recent scary film from filmmaker Mercedes Bryce Morgan hit cinemas on the third of October with an outlandish setup and a provocative name to complement.

A Combination of Comedy and Horror

With a name like Bone Lake and an introductory scene featuring individuals sprinting stark naked through the forest—only to be hit with a crossbow in sensitive areas—one can guess there's plenty of humor all through the story. Additionally, the movie's conclusion, which depict the central pair exhausted and injured yet giggling hysterically together, carry a feeling of grim amusement.

Will and Cin go their own ways to chase Diego and Sage, but Diego and Sage are communicating better at this stage. They join forces to butcher the character Will with a chainsaw. They next confront the character Cin, who meets her grisly end at the depths of Bone Lake's pond—but only after the character Diego reclaims the engagement band meant for the character Sage that the character Will had taken and given to the character Cin.

Consequences

After all the chaos of their double murder, smeared with bodily fluids, Diego and Sage rest side by side on the edge of a craft. Unexpectedly, this is the most intimate they've connected since the outset of the story, since all their relationship troubles have been exposed for both of them to witness, and all they have remaining are their injured and sore bodies.
